Fiona is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with over 25 years of experience across NHS mental health services, social care, crisis services, psychological therapy, leadership, commissioning and service development.

She combines extensive frontline practice with senior leadership and service-development expertise, bringing together an understanding of individual wellbeing and the wider systems that support recovery and change.

Her approach is integrative, compassionate and evidence-based, beginning with each person's experiences, strengths and goals.
