Understanding can help you move forward
We provide person-centred psychological assessment and therapy for adults, primarily through online appointments.
You may be looking for greater clarity, exploring a possible diagnosis or seeking support with emotional or psychological difficulties. Whatever brings you here, we will take time to understand your experiences and help you consider what might be most useful.
You do not need to know which service you need before getting in touch.

People are more than a diagnosis, a set of symptoms or the difficulties they are facing.
We take time to understand what is happening in your life now, the experiences that may have shaped you and what you would like to be different. We also recognise the strengths and ways of coping that have helped you reach this point.
Our work combines clear clinical thinking with compassion, openness and humanity. We want you to feel listened to, involved and able to make informed choices about your support.
The aim is not simply to identify a difficulty. It is to help you understand your experiences, recognise what may be keeping you stuck and find a meaningful way forward.
Choose the broad route that feels closest to what you need. You do not have to decide on a specific service before making an enquiry.
Helping you understand the full pictureWe offer adult psychological assessments, ADHD assessments and autism assessments.
Each assessment is adapted to the individual. We consider your current experiences, relevant history, strengths and needs rather than relying on a checklist alone.
The process will be explained before you book. You will receive clear feedback and a written report setting out the findings and personalised recommendations.
