Clinical and professional experience
Josie's career spans Adult Social Care, Primary Care Mental Health Services, Community Mental Health Teams, Crisis Mental Health Services, Community Psychology Services, Personality Disorder Pathways, Learning Disability Services and specialist DBT services.
Before moving into psychological services, she supported people experiencing social disadvantage, housing difficulties, financial hardship and complex care needs. She later worked in employment and vocational rehabilitation, supporting people with severe and enduring mental health difficulties to access and sustain meaningful work.
